Downloads are allowed only for strictly personal, non-commercial purposes, with proper citation of the source.

5. Harmful interference: Using the platform or its products in a way that may damage, disrupt, overload, or impair the site’s functionality or its availability to other users. This includes any actions that compromise Rosa Caroprese’s operations or the user experience.

6. False or misleading identity: Creating accounts or making purchases using inaccurate, falsified, or impersonated data for the purpose of misleading, defrauding, or disrupting services.

All Rosa Caroprese garments include clear washing and maintenance instructions on their labels. We are not liable for damage resulting from improper handling, cleaning, or usage that deviates from the care guidelines provided.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product or service and to discontinue items at our discretion, without notice.

Descriptions and pricing of products are subject to change at any time. While we strive to ensure accuracy, Rosa Caroprese may, without prior notice, modify or withdraw offerings based on stock availability or strategic updates.

We also reserve the right—but are not obligated—to restrict the sale of our products or services to any individual, geographic area, or legal jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

Rosa Caroprese guarantees the quality of only those products and services acquired directly through this platform.

We strive to present our products with the most accurate color representation possible. However, due to differences in screen resolutions and device settings, slight color variations may occur. Rosa Caroprese cannot be held responsible for such variations, as they are inherent to the digital display process.

All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes. Rosa Caroprese reserves the right to update pricing or product availability at any time without prior notice. The price applied to your order will be the one confirmed at checkout. Once payment is completed, the order is final.

We do not apply retroactive discounts or refund price differences on items that go on sale after purchase. Discounts and promotional codes cannot be combined or applied to already discounted products unless explicitly stated.

Shipping costs vary based on delivery location and will be clearly outlined during checkout. These costs may be invoiced separately and are included in the final total.

Items labeled as “Final Sale” may be exchanged only for another size or product of equal or greater value. Refunds on these items are only processed according to our Returns for Refund Policy.

Sales tax for Colombian territories is already included in product pricing. Tax amounts will not be itemized separately during the checkout process but will appear on the electronic invoice sent to the customer by email.

Please note that online tax regulations are subject to change. Rosa Caroprese monitors changes to local and international tax laws and will adjust its practices accordingly to remain compliant.

All products remain the property of Rosa Caroprese until full payment, including any applicable shipping charges and related costs, has been received.

Ownership transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided. If an incorrect address is entered, Rosa Caroprese is not responsible for any resulting loss. If reported in time, we will attempt to redirect the package, though success depends on the capabilities of the shipping provider. We are not liable for unsuccessful redirection attempts.

All transactions are processed securely via PayU. We do not accept checks, cash, money orders, or COD payments.

By paying with a credit card, you agree to the Terms of Service provided by Shopify Payments, available here https://www.shopify.com/co/legal/terminos.

If purchasing via PayU, you will be temporarily redirected from our site during the transaction process. You may need to register with PayU to complete the purchase. Once your payment is approved, you will be redirected to www.rosacaroprese.com, and your order will be confirmed.

Upon successful payment, Rosa Caroprese will send you an email confirmation with your order details and number. This confirmation indicates that your order has been received and is being processed. A follow-up email will provide shipping updates and a tracking number.

By completing payment, you accept the final purchase price. Rosa Caroprese is not responsible for discount codes not entered at checkout. Once the order is confirmed, we will not retroactively apply codes or modify the payment amount.
