Refunds policy

The following exchange policy applies solely to a sales agreement between Rosa Caroprese and the Buyer for purchases made through Rosacaroprese.com. Items bought from third-party or external retailers are not eligible for returns or refunds via this website.

• All items (whether full price or on sale) can be exchanged for another item of equal or higher value. Availability may vary.*

• If the exchange is only for a different size of the same product, the price remains unchanged. For exchanges involving a different item, the customer’s credit is based on the amount paid in the original order. The price of the new item will be the current listed price on the website, and the customer must pay any difference. We will provide a payment link for this.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unmarked, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Items without tags or labels will not be accepted under any circumstances.

• To initiate a return, please email us at contact@rosacaroprese.com with your order number as the subject. Our customer service team will respond within 1 business day, and we will proceed as appropriate based on your location.

• Exchanges must be requested within 60 days of the delivery date. Requests received afterward will not be processed.

• The customer is responsible for shipping the return package, covering all costs, and maintaining responsibility for it until it reaches Rosa Caroprese.

• Rosa Caroprese will not accept returns shipped as "cash on delivery" under any circumstances. If the customer ships a return independently, all shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

• Once a request is made, the customer has up to 7 calendar days to send back the item. Returns shipped after this period will not be accepted.

• If the return label is not provided by us, the customer is responsible for the package until it reaches Rosa Caroprese. If the package is sent to the wrong address, lost, or not confirmed as delivered to our warehouse, we cannot be held liable.

• All returned products will undergo inspection to ensure compliance with this policy. Returns may be refused or delayed if fraud or abuse is suspected.

• Rosa Caroprese reserves the right to deny exchanges or refunds for items that have been worn, soiled, washed, or modified in any way.

• The new shipment will be dispatched within 60 days of the returned package’s arrival, and the customer will receive tracking information and carrier details.

The following return policy only applies to a sales agreement between Rosa Caroprese and the Buyer, for purchases made through WWW.ROSACAROPRESE.COM. Items purchased in external/third-party retailers, cannot be returned for refund through this website, and items purchased in physical stores are not eligible for "Derecho al retracto".

• All items must be returned in the original package, unused, unstained, unwashed, and with all tags.

• Refunds are only issued for the item's paid price. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

•Contact us at  service@rosacaroprese.com with your order number as the subject, and our customer care team will get back to you within 1 business day.

• The return request must be placed within 5 business days after the order is delivered. Thereafter, the return will not be accepted.

• The customer will assume all the expenses incurred to return the item(s) to the Rosa Caroprese facility. 

• After the request is placed, the customer has up to 7 calendar days to ship the package. Thereafter, the return will not be accepted. The tracking number and carrier company used must be provided to the customer care team at contact@ROSACAROPRESE.COM

• The customer is responsible for the package until it is delivered to Rosa Caroprese's facility. If the customer ships the return to the wrong address; the carrier loses the package; or there is no evidence of it being delivered to our warehouse; Rosa Caroprese cannot be held responsible.

• Rosa Caroprese will not accept under any circumstances any return packages shipped as "payment on delivery". If the customer ships a return on its own, all costs must be paid by the customer.

• The product will be subjected to an inspection to verify compliance with the terms described in this policy. Please keep in mind that we may refuse or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected.

• Rosa Caroprese reserves the right to deny a refund if items have been worn, soiled, laundered, or altered in any way.

• Rosa Caroprese will issue the refund up to 15 days after the package has arrived at Rosa Caroprese facility, and the customer will be notified once this happens.

• All refunds will be issued directly to the credit card used by the customer to place the order. Please keep in mind that, since the refund is executed, it may take up to 30 days for the bank to process the balance on your card. 
If the payment method was PSE, the refund will be issued to the customer's Mercado Pago account and the balance will be available in up to 1 business day after the refund is issued.

At Rosa Caroprese, we are deeply committed to excellence and craftsmanship. Every garment is thoughtfully made, and our limited warranty is designed to reflect the quality we stand for. This policy outlines the conditions under which we offer support for product-related concerns.

Our limited warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and exclusively to products bought directly through our official website.

Unless otherwise noted in the product description, all Rosa Caroprese pieces are covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

You may request a warranty claim within 60 calendar daysfrom the delivery date.

Claims for defects that arise after use (such as structural or finishing issues) may be submitted within90 calendar daysfrom the delivery date.

After 90 days, Rosa Caroprese may, at its sole discretion, offer limited assistance such as:

• Replacement of minor components (buttons, zippers, snaps, etc.)
• Repair suggestions or guidance

Please note: product replacement or refund will no longer apply after 90 days.

Submit your request via email to contact@rosacaroprese.com with the following information:

• Full name
• Order number
• Clear photos of the defect
• Preferred resolution: refund, exchange (subject to availability), or store credit
  

Our customer care team will respond within 3 business days.

Once received, your claim will be evaluated by our quality team within 15 business days, and we will notify you of the outcome.

We accept claims involving the following issues:

1. Print/Stamping Issues:

• Misaligned, blurry, or faded prints
• Incomplete or stained prints

2. Manufacturing Issues:

• Tears, holes, or unraveled seams
• Loose stitching or unfinished hems
• Ill-fitting elastic or misaligned measurements
• Defective buttons, snaps, or zippers

3. Fabric Issues:

• Pilling, color transfer, or fiber damage
• Unusual fading or bursting textures

Where possible, garments will be repaired. If repair is not viable, we reserve the right to replace the product or a component with one of equal or superior quality. Any replaced product or component becomes the property of Rosa Caroprese.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by improper care or storage
• Alterations by third parties
• Accidents, natural events, or force majeure
• Use of non-recommended cleaning products or techniques
  

In cases where damage falls outside the warranty scope, Rosa Caroprese may offer repairs at a reasonable charge or inform you if repair is not possible.

Items provided as replacements must follow the same return conditions listed on our website. “Final Sale” items are non-returnable. Shipping fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable. Returns must be:

• Sent within 15 calendar days of placing the request
• Unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags
• Tracked with a shipping number and carrier information sent to contact@rosacaroprese.com
  

The customer is responsible for return shipping and tracking until the item is received by our facility. Rosa Caroprese is not liable for misrouted or lost return packages.
